J.L. Moore completed the build out of a new 2,800 square-foot restaurant with exterior patio.  The project was constructed from an existing empty building shell.  Construction included a new demising wall, new concrete floor with all underground utilities, carpentry, electrical, HVAC unit installation, new signage and exterior canopies, custom cabinetry and countertops, and the installation of new seating and décor packages.
