General Contracting

With General Contracting, often referred to as Design-Bid-Build, our estimating team will take plans and specifications provided by the owner's design team, and put together a competitive proposal. When awarded the project, J.L. Moore will contract all required subcontractors who are chosen based upon the specific project requirements. Throughout the construction process, we provide Project Management and on-site Supervision to oversee the project schedule, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, reporting and project administration.

Timely and thorough communication is a key to success. Our team is equipped with the latest technology to ensure information and reporting can flow quickly between the jobsite and all project stakeholders.
