With General Contracting, often referred to as Design-Bid-Build, our estimating team will take plans and specifications provided by the owner's design team, and put together a competitive proposal. When awarded the project, J.L. Moore will contract all required subcontractors who are chosen based upon the specific project requirements. Throughout the construction process, we provide Project Management and on-site Supervision to oversee the project schedule, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, reporting and project administration.
