J.L. Moore has completed projects for corporate and franchised locations across Ohio and Michigan.  Projects include ground up construction of new restaurants, renovations to existing restaurants, and build-outs of new restaurants in existing buildings. 

Typical build-outs include select demo, new demising walls, new utilities, new equipment, and all new store finishes.  Renovations are scheduled to minimize the time a restaurant is shut down, to only those times where it is absolutely critical to the safety and health of the restaurant employees and patrons.  This requires extensive planning and coordination with the restaurant staff.  For each renovation, we were able to keep the restaurants open for business for the majority of the construction process, with minimal disruption to operations.
