J.L. Moore completed this interior and exterior renovation while the mall remained open for business.  The interior work included demo of the existing flooring, over 60,000 square-feet of new heavy duty carpet along the main walk ways, 14,000 square-feet of new Italian porcelain tile at the mall entrances, new lighting and chandeliers, and ceiling modifications.  The exterior work included renovation of the mall entrances including the main entrance, JCPenny, Macy's and Sears entrances, new exterior building lighting and landscaping.
