J.L. Moore completed the ground up construction of multiple automotive service facilities including all associated site work and complete interior build outs. Typical projects are comprised of service bays, service basement with hazardous material collection and spill containment system, restrooms, offices, and customer waiting area.

In addition to building new ground up facilities, J.L. Moore was contracted to reconstruct and reinforce an existing facility in Pennsylvania that had experienced significant structural integrity degradation. While keeping one bay operational at all times, J.L. Moore removed and replaced all concrete and structural steel in half of the facility and parking lot which cantilevered over the side of a hill. J.L. Moore was heavily involved with the continuous design changes that occurred during construction, offering value engineering to expedite construction and keep costs down.
